RATES & AVAILABILITY
Mazzini 31 is available on a weekly basis from Sunday to Sunday year round, and for long weekends during low & shoulder season only. Pricing listed is for occupancy of six (6) people and extra fees apply for 2 extra beds. Please submit your reservation request and we will contact you to confirm availability. Upon request, the house can also be rented with daily maid service. Rates include the exclusive use of the house and the Spa with Pool, Jacuzzi and Wine cellar (heating charges are included May 15 to September 15, otherwise charged separately). A discount of 5% of total rental cost will be applied for 2 or more consecutive weeks. The price of rental includes gas, water, electricity, Wifi internet, bed linens, bath & hand towels, pool towels, soaps, shampoos and detergents. It also includes final cleaning, 1 midweek cleaning, use of all appliances and equipment. The price does not include house heating costs nor Pool heating as listed above. Reimbursable security deposit of $1,000 due before arrival. We accept payments in Credit cards or money transfers.
